Description
A daily food supplement made with fish oil, that provides the body with the important long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Oriflame’s Omega 3 comes from fish oil that has been sourced from sustainable fish stocks and fishing practices certified by Friend of the Sea. Take two capsules daily.
EPA and DHA are vital parts of all cell membranes in the body where they increase membrane fluidity and modulate cell responses (Calder, 2018). They have important roles in the body, including maintenance of the normal function of the heart*, vision** and brain**.

How To Use
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal.
Do not exceed recommended daily amount.
